Eagleview Woman Starts Successful Business Amid Pandemic Making Grazing Trays and Charcuterie Boards

By

Gina Stiteler of Eagleview has turned her pastime of creating grazing trays and charcuterie boards into a full-blown business called Grazefully Delicious amid the pandemic, writes Aunyea Lachelle for NBC 10 Philadelphia.

Stiteler, who still works as a nanny by day, creates her delicious trays and boards in the evening.

“I’ve always had love to put food together,” said Stiteler. “And I always had an art for doing it.”

She started her food business because of her mother, who passed away three years ago.

“She just loved entertaining for family and friends,” said Stiteler, “always put on a spread, so I learned a lot of this from her.”

She is also passing the knowledge to her two young sons who are helping her in the kitchen by acting as tasters.

Stiteler makes a variety of themed boxes, boards, and table spreads for different occasions such as birthdays and holidays.

Her latest creations are her Easter-inspired Bunney Boxes that are bound to delight, and feed young and old alike.

The boxes are now available online and can be picked up or delivered for anyone living in Philadelphia or New Jersey.
