Daniella D’Antonio knows that excellent customer service is the best way to treat everyone, and she adheres to that every day. “My customer relations and working within the community are my proudest accomplishments,” she explains.

Born at Sacred Heart Hospital in Norristown, Daniella grew up in Plymouth Meeting and went on to earn her degree in Hospitality & Tourism at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell.

Her first job was as a Bakery Associate with Giant Food Stores at 18, and she takes pride in serving the public daily, as she does now in her role as Front Counter Leader with Chick-Fil-A. “Hard work and knowledge in a company is key but having true connections with your community and genuinely knowing your guests is an important factor to me,” she says.

Daniella meets many people in her career in hospitality, and she credits Wawa General Manager William Mecca as someone who helped her in her career goals when she worked at Wawa in 2017-2020. “I’d never seen such great leadership skills. He showed passion towards his role and duties every day,” she notes.

“Bill ran everything “The Wawa Way” and did it with pride. He was always out on the floor assisting customers and being available to employees,” Daniella says. “Bill genuinely cared for his staff and guests. He truly tried to help advance everyone and push them to be better. I am thankful for the time he invested with me and for the things he demonstrated along the way.”

Daniella D’Antonio’s career in foodservice and hospitality has taken her around Montgomery County, and she loves working here: “Montgomery County has everything you need from historic sites to nature parks, to shopping and dining!

Her favorite restaurant in Montco is Dino’s Pizza & Pasta in Bridgeport. “It’s an amazing, family-owned establishment and the food is just phenomenal,” she exclaims. “The staff is absolutely wonderful as well.”
