For the fourth year in a row, Chestnut Hill College has been nationally recognized as a “College of Distinction” for providing high-quality, hands-on learning in a vibrant and welcoming community.

Colleges of Distinction publishes annual college guidebooks that identify the top colleges and universities in the nation. This annual guidebook is used as a resource by students, families, and high school guidance counselors. To be recognized as a College of Distinction, a school has to demonstrate excellence in four areas, including engaged students, great teaching, vibrant communities, and successful outcomes.

In addition to College of Distinction, Chestnut Hill College was also named both as a Catholic and a Pennsylvania College of Distinction for the fourth time, along with being a Business and Education College of Distinction for the second time.

“As an institution whose primary goals are based on student success and satisfaction, Chestnut Hill College confirms its honor as one of the renowned Colleges of Distinction,” said Tyson Schritter, the chief operating officer for Colleges of Distinction.

He added that the school always “puts the student experience first, providing all the tools and opportunities they need to become lifelong learners who are ready to take on any challenge in today’s ever-evolving society.”
