Montco Site Select, a new initiative by Montgomery County Commerce Department, helps businesses currently seeking space connect with those with buildings and land in Montgomery County that is available for sale or lease.

The new initiative builds on last year’s launch of MontcoForward.org as a way to promote and provide information about economic and workforce development opportunities in Montgomery County. It also lists all the reasons why it is the place to live, work, learn, and invest.

“Montco Site Select is a natural evolution of the steps we have taken over the past year to ensure we can provide business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and our stakeholders with an abundance of information about our County and communities,” said Dave Zellers, Montgomery County’s Director of Commerce.

Zellers added that Montco Site Select will ensure “that we are continuing to grow our capacity and thoroughness in one of the most important areas of economic development, site selection assistance.”

Those looking for sites in Montgomery can complete the Montco Site Select Inquiry Form. Commerce Department staff will then provide an initial report of potential sites based on the given parameters. There is also additional information based on responses received from the Montco Site Select Network.
