Bryn Mawr-based Alliance Partners HSP is offering a warehouse in Roxborough rent-free for at least two months to potential tenants involved in the coronavirus response, writes Jacob Adelman for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The real estate company is looking for organizations that could use the 130,000 square feet of newly renovated space before its future full-time tenant, Night Shift Brewing, moves in in May.

“Industrial real estate across the country is in high demand, and we happen to have a well-located warehouse that is unoccupied until the end of May,” said Rich Previdi, an Alliance HSP managing partner.

The property features a large parking lot, which could prove useful as a coronavirus testing location. It could also be used by hospitals that are having issues storing large quantities of supplies needed for their pandemic responses.

The company contacted city officials with its offer, who forwarded it to Philadelphia’s Office of Emergency Management, according to Matt Handel, a vice president with the company.

The property was previously home to Penn Beer, which consolidated its operations in Hatfield in early 2019.
