Maria L. Panichelli, the Chair of Obermayer’s Government Contracting department, is a contributing author of “Game Changers,” a bestseller book that offers tips, tricks, and practical advice on government contracts.
The book is a collaboration between 29 of the nation’s leading authorities on government sales. The information available in the book aims to educate, train, and provide businesses and organizations with a competitive edge over their competition.
In the chapter titled “Compensation for Unanticipated Costs and Delays,” Panichelli shares her industry-leading knowledge about REAs and Claims, offering the reader with many game-changing concepts and strategies.
At Obermayer, Panichelli focuses her work exclusively on federal government contracting and procurement and guides her clients throughout the whole lifecycle of their federal contracts.
Her practice includes bid protests, contract interpretation and performance counseling, the preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustment and Contract Disputes Act claim litigation, statutory and regulatory compliance counseling, resolution of subcontractor disputes, contract terminations, and all aspects of small business procurement.
Panichelli is also a member of several federal contracting and construction-related professional associations. Additionally, she is a frequent lecturer at agency, government contracting, and small business conferences.
