Project Manager

This position works with the PMO to increase adoption and implementation of Scrum/Agile methodologies; defines, scopes, and develops plans to resolve matters that involve cross-functional teams, departments and systems; and aids in the creation of project management methodology.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, or a related discipline; PMP designation and scrum master certification; and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in program, project, or portfolio management.

Funding Analyst

This position performs daily fundings for correspondent channels, pipeline management, and daily and forward forecasting; helps accounting to clear reconciling items due to funding issues or post funding adjustments; and seeks opportunities for both process and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a minimum of one year of mortgage banking experience; excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills; and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.

Junior Processor

This position generates and delivers daily reports for processors from Encompass; ensures that files are assigned to processors within 24 hours of milestone change in accordance with management direction; and assists processors with third party requests, including providing documents as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of mortgage lending experience; excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated knowledge of mortgage documents and loan processing.
