Employment Coordinator

This position actively recruits and interviews applications for hourly positions; handles confidential human resources information; maintains adequate employment records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; and handles all employee onboarding paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some college education; two years of human resources experience; computer knowledge, including experience with PeopleSoft/SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office; and excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Fabrication Production Supervisor

This position ensures the quality and yields of all products on the line; supervises all hourly employees on the line; oversees the safety and motivation of all employees supervised; and prepares pre-operational paperwork and ensures the line is clean and sanitized before operations begin.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a packing house; knowledge of company products and their specifications; good communication and leadership skills; and fluency in multiple languages.

Human Resources Generalist

This position supervises the administration of personnel policies and practices; oversees and assigns employee training and orientation programs; oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs; and prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; one to two years of work experience in human resources; and experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, employment, labor relations, and more.
