Maintenance Supervisor

This position directs maintenance crews in the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of equipment; reduces mechanical downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency; and provides long-term solutions and day-to-day support to operating teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of maintenance or process/project engineering experience; and thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventative maintenance, TPM, and inventory and scheduling software.

Lead QA Technician

This position assists the supervisor with the day-to-day running of the department; performs all routine duties of ground beef QA technicians, including paperwork, reports, and record reviews; recognizes and corrects deviations in ground beef processing; and performs daily quality and food safety audits.

The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with and a working knowledge of ground beef operations, including production, QA, and DC inspection activities; experience with email, Excel, and PowerPoint; and an excellent attendance record, as well as the ability to work long hours.

Driver Trainer

This position administers initial applicant screenings and road tests; coordinates, schedules, and participates in orientation meetings for new hires; and develops and implements an evaluation process to measure driver progress and identify and provide feedback for areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a commercial driver’s license – A and meet all current driver qualifications; strong management capabilities that enable managing multiple areas and coordinating training efforts; strong communication skills.
