Project Engineer

This position coordinates efforts of contractors involved with finishing construction of new or redesigned plant areas, obtains competitive bids for future projects, and supervises project record preparation and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, previous experience in construction, mechanical contract work, or a building trade, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Excel and drafting programs.

Plant Controller

This position recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and ensure effective controls, leads the accounting and purchasing teams at the plant, and completes monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of five to ten years of accounting experience, thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and prior meat cost accounting or plant controller experience.

Electronic Superintendent

This position supports and executes electronic improvement processes and projects, provides electrical subject matter expertise in support of the site’s electrical assets, and calibrates, maintains, troubleshoots, and/or repairs electrical controls.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, various electronic devices, integrated control systems, and various control and operating systems utilized in the food related manufacturing industry.
