Category Director – Corporate Services

This position manages the execution of third party spend categories supporting HR, finance, IT, marketing, and travel; oversees all elements of the strategic sourcing process for designated spend categories; and provides strategic consulting and analysis to business units and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline; a minimum of ten years of experience leading the development and implementation of strategic procurement plans; and strong leadership qualities and an excellent work ethic.

Senior Analyst Accounting Policy and Internal Controls

This position assists finance management with the appropriate design, implementation, oversight, and coordination of SOX controls at the corporate office; executes testing for the company’s SOX program; and researches and provides guidance on matters of technical accounting and accounting policy.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CPA certification; three to five years of experience in public company financial reporting and public accounting; and knowledge of GAAP accounting rules, SOX rules, COSO framework, and applicable PCAOB developments.

Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This position leads and manages the annual budget process for UGI and the corporate overhead groups; assists in the annual UGI budget by reviewing subsidiary budget submissions and providing general budget support; and drives process changes and continuous improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a CPA certification or MBA in finance; seven to ten years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a large organization; and strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, and managerial skills.
