This position develops appropriate recruitment strategies, keeps all interested parties up to date throughout the recruitment process, sources, screens, and interviews candidates for all vacancies, and writes and places job postings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and previous experience recruiting in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.

Director, Regulatory Affairs

This position leads the preparation and maintenance of US and foreign regulatory submissions, including the collection, review, and assembly of scientific, medical, manufacturing, and other supporting documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, eight to twelve years of experience in regulatory affairs, and experience preparing IDE and 510(k) submissions and direct interactions with global regulatory authorities.

Vigilance Manager

This position manages and maintains the product complaint system from a medical perspective, codes all adverse event data, composes responses for standard regulatory queries, and ensures timely and complete adverse event reporting and responses to regulatory queries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate scientific discipline, a minimum of seven years of vigilance/safety experience with at least three years in the medical device industry, and a QA, vigilance, regulatory affairs, or pharmacovigilance background.

Multi Channel Marketing Manager

This position develops a cohesive multichannel marketing strategy with a detailed tactical project plan, target audience research, and success metrics, manages SEM programs for all brands, and serves as commercial lead for a variety of inside sales functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree, a minimum of five years of relevant multi-channel marketing experience, and a minimum of three years of pharma/healthcare experience.
