Accounts Coordinator, Radiation Oncology

This position oversees the coordination and scheduling of chemotherapy, surgery, and/or clinical testing; manages the departmental processes for medical transcription and prior authorization; and controls and coordinates third party billing and reimbursement functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and formal secretarial training; a minimum of five years of previous secretarial experience in a medical office; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and other computer software; and knowledge of medical terminology.

Privacy Compliance Manager

This position handles the day-to-day functions of ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to established privacy policies and procedures; and conducts HIPAA compliance audits and recommends corrective action when appropriate.

The ideal candidate a bachelor’s degree and certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance; a minimum of three years of experience in a health care setting, with healthcare law, or with healthcare consulting; and experience working with self-auditing tools such as Fair Warning, Iatrics, or Protenus.

Patient Access Training Coordinator

This position performs comprehensive planning, development, implementation, and quality assurance of a formal patient access training program; supports, guides, and coordinates end user training sessions; and plans and conducts quality assurance activities to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressive work experience in patient access and/or patient accounting; exceptional knowledge of insurance, coding, and clinical orders; and professional interactive experience with allied healthcare professionals.
