Regional Compliance Officer

This position communicates key issues to the enterprise chief compliance officer and other members of the leadership team; oversees and monitors the Center City HIPAA Privacy program; and oversees and evaluates staffing and the effectiveness of personnel assigned to the division.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in health care planning, business administration, or a related discipline and a JD degree; a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance; and a minimum of five years of management experience in a hospital setting.

Client Solutions Analyst I – Information Services & Technology

This position performs analysis and requirements gathering with clients; installs and implements solutions at client locations; performs technical activities including hardware installation and network/database troubleshooting; and ensures that project goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related technical discipline; a minimum of three years of information technology experience in a healthcare and/or university setting; and experience with all Microsoft and Apple products.

Assistant Counsel – Abington and Northeast Division – Legal Affairs

This position reviews, revises, drafts, and negotiates contracts and other legal documents; provides advice and counsel to hospital personnel relating to patient care and business issues; and researches and interprets federal, state and local regulatory requirements and their impact on enterprise policies.

The ideal candidate will possess juris doctor degree and five years of law firm or in-house legal department experience; a background in the health sciences/healthcare field; and experience negotiating and drafting a wide variety of agreements ranging from routine to complex.
