Lab Office Coordinator
This position orders and receives chemicals for treatment plants and wells, ensures compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and performs administrative duties to support the water quality group and treatment department.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a diploma or certificate from a secretarial or business college, proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and other software, and five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience.

This position develops, updates, implements, and enforces the company’s safety policies and procedures, conducts onsite inspections and trainings, and proactively identifies potential issues and puts action plans into place.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in safety or a closely related field, though a master’s degree is preferred, and a minimum of ten years of experience in the safety field with progressive responsibility.

This position secures and maintains the company’s insurance program for all lines of coverage, secures surety bonds for the company, and reviews contracts and agreements between the company and third party vendors with a focus on insurance language.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an approved paralegal program, three to five years of paralegal or administrative experience, and high word processing proficiency.
