Procurement Analyst, Indirect
This position manages the contract database to track expiration dates, co-term and consolidate service/support contracts, proactively initiate renewals, and ensure 100% accurate and timely renewal completion. He/she documents, tracks, analyzes, and reports purchase metrics, company compliance metrics, and supplier performance metrics. The person identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements within the procurement area.
The ideal candidate will possess at minimum of an associate degree in business or a related discipline. He/she will have one to three years of related experience in logistics and supply chain management. The person will be comfortable working in a very high volume, fast paced operation.

Director, Merchandising Best Practices
This position promotes brand growth by establishing best practices for in-store merchandising and in-store selling. He/she works to ensure that brand strategy is translated into actionable, store-level plans, and works to ensure execution. The person develops and implements discipline around assortment analysis, promotional analysis, and product quality with a primary focus of improving the business unit’s earnings.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. He/she will have ten years of experience in brand, sales, or marketing. The person will also have a minimum of five years of leadership experience. He/she must have knowledge of IRI/Syndicated Data and existing BBU/Customer business growth.
