Electrician – Pickering Creek

This role involves working with general wiring practices as they apply to single and three phase motors and transformers, lighting fixtures, receptacles and instrumentation. Duties include having working knowledge of motor starters, possessing an understanding of AC variable frequency drives, DC Drives, programmable logic controllers and the ability to diagnose problems and repair equipment, and having familiarity with satellite and radio communications equipment.

The ideal candidate should have at least four years of Industrial Electrical experience, be familiar with the National Electrical Code, have the ability to understand wiring diagrams and schematics, and to use the same in troubleshooting. Candidates should complete work orders in Aqua’s asset management system, and complete preventative maintenance, inspection and repair checklist templates.

Distribution Maintenance Manager – Springfield

This position’s responsibilities include 24/7 maintenance and replacements as needed of main, services, hydrants, blow-offs, valves and more. Other duties include interfacing with customers to address problems, requests, and coordinate projects, assigning staff to perform flushing of the distribution system, and serving as representative at community meetings, as well as with PennDOT for highway work.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in water distribution system operations and capital improvement projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience managing field labor team of at least seven people and have a PA Department of Environmental Protection Class E Distribution License or the ability to achieve it within 12-months of job acceptance.

Area Director – Springfield

This role will direct and supervise the inspection and maintenance of the distribution system, including water mains, services, fire hydrants, regulators, and others, review work order and other productivity reports, and act as liaison with municipal and state officials. Other duties include evaluating and testing new products, as well as preparing Capital and Operating Budgets.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of experience of driving improvement in water treatment and/or distribution system operations with at least five years of experience supervising a team of at least 20 people. Candidates should have experience using a collective approach to drive positive change in operational functions.
