Financial Analyst

This position complies annual corporate budgets and earning forecasts, prepares analysis on monthly financial performance, gives board of director meeting presentations, and conducts financial analysis in support of achieving corporate earnings objectives. He/she participates in annual planning and monthly forecasting processes. The person performs financial modeling and other ad hoc analysis as needed.

The idea candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. He/she will have two to three years of business experience including preparing and analyzing budgets. The person must be able to prepare effective presentations with a clear voice and compelling visuals with supporting data.

Affiliate Marketplace Manager

This position develops and manages David’s Bridal’s Affiliate Marketing Program and its Marketplace And Comparison Shopping Engines (Feeds) Program. He/she manages third party affiliate network relationship and partners with them to drive growth and profitability. The person develops affiliate sales and appointment forecasts and measures/optimizes performance to achieve these goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or higher degree is a plus. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years of experience working in an online retail environment and a minimum of three years in affiliate marketing and marketplace marketing. The person will have an extensive analytics background.

Web Analytics Specialist

This position produces and presents analysis and recommendations for management and other key stakeholders based on web analytics data. He/she maintains and manages accurate tracking and tagging on the website and develops and monitors key performance indicators related to both content and eCommerce objectives. The person investigates data anomalies and ensures data accuracy through investigation and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, mathematics, or a related field. A master’s degree in a related field is a plus. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years of experience in web analytics or a related field within interactive marketing.
