Project Management Specialist 

This position manages small- and medium-sized projects in accordance with company methodologies; develops and manages project plans to ensure task execution and dependency coordination; and develops and manages project budgets to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting.  

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience managing business and/or technology projects; exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and a proven track record in implementing change.

Senior Instructional Designer 

This position designs, develops, and authors highly effective, results driven curriculum to support the learning and development needs of internal and external life insurance business clients; and identifies appropriate delivery approaches and methodologies for training. 

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five to seven years of financial services experience; prior sales training experience; and five to seven years of hands-on content development experience in the financial services industry.

Director, Privacy Program Management 

This position maintains and evolves the Privacy CoE through management of significant key initiatives; assists in the implementation and understanding of privacy policies, processes, and program compliance; and identifies and assesses privacy risks and advises on mitigation strategy. 

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree such as a JD or MBA; a minimum of three to five years of privacy experience; expertise in HIPAA, marketing, and/or data privacy protection; and proven execution, analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
