Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Analyst

This position updates, analyzes, and maintains the Contract Management System and the PRM (Payer Responsibility Masterfile). He/she analyzes and interprets expected reimbursement on new and/or existing contracts for all acute-care facilities. The person updates either the Contract Management System or the PRM, using the Siemens system through a variety of payment methodologies, including fee schedules, DRG, APC, Per-Diem, Case Rates, Percentage of Charges, and/or Outlier Reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three years of experience. He/she should have a thorough knowledge of Contract Management Systems and Payer Responsibility Masterfiles. The person should also have knowledge of healthcare operations throughout the revenue cycle.

Compliance Auditor

This position coordinates, monitors, and performs coding and charge audits to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and guidelines across the Acute Care system, using key findings to develop and provide feedback, training, and education to all levels of personnel. He/she is responsible for assisting in reviewing and assessing charge capture methodologies and the documentation of orders and clinical documentation to support charges.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of three years of experience. He/she should be proficient in current Coding and Charging Practices, including UHDDS, AHIMA, CMS, and other governmental regulations and guidelines. The person should also have knowledge and experience using EMRs, medical necessity software, charge master systems, and Microsoft Office.

Program Manager – Value Analysis

This position identifies and executes supply standardization, utilization, and sourcing opportunities while ensuring a high level of patient care. He/she facilitates and supports Service Line Value Analysis teams, and coordinates with UHS Legal to ensure that contract terms and conditions are favorable and mitigate risk. The person assists with implementation of system-wide initiatives, as well as cost-savings analysis and conversion progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of five years of experience. He/she should have acute-care experience in one or more of the following areas: Nursing, Cardiovascular, Surgery, or Radiology. Detailed clinical and some operations experience is also required. The person will have the ability to evaluate business opportunities, major contracts, and relationships.
