IT Operations Technician

This position will coordinate with the IT Director for tasks that arise for day-to-day operations of the various computer systems and hardware. He/she will provide on-site administration for software users in a variety of work environments, including professional offices, workgroups or departments, and corporate information services. The person will maintain, monitor, and correct any computer or computer-related problems that may arise.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with PC hardware, Microsoft NT networks, Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 2000, XP), Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite. He/she must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. The person must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment and perform work under desks, in closets, and in crawl spaces.

Project Engineer

This position is responsible for operating devices that are used to apply concrete, grout, cement, sand, plaster, paint, etc. to buildings, and for cleaning and disposing of materials on construction sites. He/she will carry out the repair of wrecked structures by using tools both to build and deconstruct buildings. The person will help to install electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems inside a building, and will install sewer, water, and storm drain pipes.

The ideal candidate will have technical training in mechanical and electrical fields, as well as experience in maintenance of refrigeration, heating and cooling, carpentry, and plumbing. The person will have basic or advanced math skills, knowledge of design, chemistry and physics principles, and inventory control of material. He/she will have the ability to work with different building materials and machines.

Hospitality Marketing Representative

This position consistently interacts with guests, provides excellent service while assisting patrons, encourages player club enrollment and membership, answers marketing/promotional questions, and assists/resolves guest problems. He/she develops and maintains thorough knowledge of player tracking system, and maintains thorough knowledge of marketing, events. and promotions.

The ideal candidate will possess six months of related experience, and must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. He/she must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
