Beverage Shift Manager

This position assists in the daily training of employees and maintains open communication between all personnel working in the department. He/she maintains liquor inventories and quality control with the service of alcohol and the timeliness of beverage service. The person assigns stations and job duties to staff and schedules hourly employees in the department.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and must be TIPS or RAMP certified. He/she will have two to three years of employment experience in a related position. The person must have thorough knowledge of nightclub/bar practices and procedures.

Marketing Operations Supervisor/Rep

This position supervises, trains, and schedules player services staff members. He/she performs tasks associated with the redemption of promotional items and their distribution. The person informs members of player card benefits, contests, and promotions, and enrolls new players in the player club program. He/she develops positive relationships with casino customers in order to maximize return visits.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. He/she will have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field of business. The person must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Graphic Designer

This position develops engaging customer-driven designs and produces art and layouts for print and electronic media. He/she conceptualizes and develops creative and engaging assets and collateral. The person develops graphics for TV, print, web, outdoor promotional offers, and direct mail marketing programs. He/she designs logos, brochures, menus, website graphics, and customer service aids.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. He/she will have a strong portfolio that showcases examples of their best work. The person must be able to use and understand graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
