Technical Analyst

This position is responsible for the data support, quality assurance tasks, and client-specific deliverables relating to client implementations, annual renewals, and ongoing administration. This includes working with internal team members and various departments to execute on the analysis and testing of system design specifications, report generation, data manipulation, and data mapping for client and carrier data resolutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. He/she should have a minimum of two years of technical analytical work experience, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or SQL. Client-facing experience is highly preferred, as is knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodology (SDLC).

Supervisor, Special Delivery Group

This position supports ongoing supervision and completion of client deliverables by following standardized procedures, and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly quality reviews on deliverables to ensure the compliance and processing have met standards. He/she performs monthly reviews of process and procedures in order to create efficiencies and best practices. The person provides reports, audits, and analysis to client teams and management.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, and have a minimum of two years of work experience in Health and Wellness or Benefits Administration. Previous experience supervising direct reports is preferred. He/she should have demonstrated effective leading, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Client Service Representative, Consulting

This position is responsible for the tangible, day-to-day client support for all services and products delivered to clients in order to align with the strategic vision of the partnership. Primary responsibilities are to evaluate client benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, and participate in a cross-functional team to support Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters in participating in the service delivery within a book of business. This role is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention of the clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within Risk Management, Insurance, Human Resources, or general Business. He/she should have a prior internship or a minimum of one year of experience in a benefits brokerage, consulting, or insurance industry. The person will have effective analytical, math, and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, strong decision making ability, confidence to make difficult decisions and excellent communication skills.
