Design Associate

This position imagines and creates product candidates for various assigned product lines. He/she will create innovative, current, aesthetically pleasing, cost effective, and on-schedule product candidates that fill the needs of the latest approved product plan. The person helps to initiate the creation of new categories and line extensions through research and ideas, and conceptualizes and designs new products using current trends based on themes and story outlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to express ideas, concerns, and feedback articulately and with respect. He/she will have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A Bachelor’s Degree is nice, but the company will consider equivalent model design aptitude, experience, training, or product development exposure.

IT Application Developer

The primary role of this position is to assist the IT department in developing web applications from layout to backend database structures. He/she will develop web applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS to improve upon existing internal and external websites. The person will translate business requirements into Custom Web Applications, essentially taking part in the entire project lifecycle. The individual will also work within a relational database, including design of tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of programming experience with .NET and C#, and one to three years of experience working with relational database(s). He/she should have strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, and be self-motivated with a positive attitude. The person will have developed interpersonal skills to acknowledge the needs and contributions of others.

Accounts Receivable Associate

This position is responsible for daily cash application, accounts receivable aging reporting, DSO maintenance, and collections and building relationships with customer base. He/she is also tasked with processing ACH transactions and reconciling daily deposits, as well as investigating and resolving charge backs.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of experience in accounting roles. Manufacturing and/or retail sector experience is helpful. He/she should have proficiency in computerized accounting systems and in MS Office Excel, Word.
