Conference Center Coordinator – Basilian Spirituality Center

This position provides for marketing and execution of programs, prepares an annual budget and maintains all finances and record keeping, oversees the library and gift shop, and coordinates, develops, and executes retreats, workshops, and seminars.

The ideal candidate will possess administrative experience, preferably with a retreat or spirituality center, knowledge in programming, marketing, and finance, strong facilitation and problem solving skills, and marketing and finance knowledge.

Director of Finance (Sisters of Saint Basil the Great)

This position performs budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis focusing on key assumptions and major cost drivers, provides financial reporting for top management, and oversees the day-to-day functions of the financial staff.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an MBA and/or CPA licensure, strong knowledge of QuickBooks, relevant experience in a comparable position, and exceptional people skills.

Assistant Director of Development

This position creates and implements the annual giving program, plans and implements an appropriate recognition and stewardship program, assists in the development and execution of fundraising events, and supports the alumni association.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, two to five years of directly applicable sales, fundraising, and/or marketing experience, and demonstrated ability to raise annual philanthropic support through direct marketing.
