Impact Thrift Stores will debut its new location in the Norristown Centre on Saturday with a grand reopening, writes Gary Puleo for The Times Herald.

The event from 9 AM-5 PM will celebrate the relocation of the popular outlet from the front of the center to a significantly bigger, second-level space located next to U.S. Maintenance at 1700 Markley Street.

All customers visiting the store on Saturday will be able to shop with a 30 percent discount and the first 100 in line before the doors open will also get a $10 gift certificate. Throughout the day, there will be the chance for visitors to win $25 gift cards every hour, while one lucky visitor will win a shopping spree worth up to $250 at a later date.

Ten percent of the day’s net proceeds will be donated to local partner charities ACLAMO Family Centers and the Montgomery County Opportunities Industrialization Center.

“We are very excited to make this commitment to the revitalization of the Norristown Centre, and are committed to offering great shopping values and great jobs in Norristown and the surrounding communities,” said Gray Wirth, President and CEO of Impact Thrift Stores.
