A Conshohocken investment firm known for revitalizing commercial properties just sold off a King of Prussia corporate plaza for a stunning 156 percent turnaround in just four years.

Hayden Real Estate Investments bought 150 South Warner Road at auction for $11 million for its MIM Hayden Fund I, and just sold it to Boston-based Spaulding and Slye Investments for $28.2 million, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report by Natalie Kostelni.

Hayden has filled up the once-half-vacant property after initially pouring $3.5 million worth of upgrades into it, and developments all around have recently been infused with cash, too. The Village at Valley Forge and Swedesford Road are teeming with construction activity.

“The growth all around it really helped,” said Principal and CEO Tony Hayden Jr.

With this transaction, King of Prussia has seen nearly $1 billion in commercial sales since 2008.
