To enhance its amenities, the Valley Forge Casino Resort is launching a food truck just in time for the reopening of its poolside beach, writes Kenneth Hilario for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Valley Beach Poolside Club’s 22,000-gallon pool surrounded by 50 tons of sand, a multi-level deck, and Tiki bar recently reopened with its latest addition, a food truck called The Break @ Valley Beach.

“With the launch of The Break, we aim to raise the bar on food offerings at Valley Beach, while also continuing to elevate the guest experience,” said Jennifer Galle, Chief Marketing Officer.

The new addition will also give the casino a physical presence beyond its property, as it will be driving around the area, offering the poolside beach’s food to attract people to the casino.

“Look for us at food festivals and community events all summer long,” said Galle.

The truck will initially offer 16 dishes on its menu, including Jerk chicken nachos, Thai chicken salad, and Baja tacos with prices ranging from $7-14.

Valley Beach will stay open through Labor Day.
