True Food Kitchen, the health-conscious restaurant chain by Fox Restaurant Concepts, will be setting up a new restaurant just outside the King of Prussia Mall, writes Kenneth Hilario for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

This is the latest addition to the recent dining boom at the mall, as several new places will soon be settling into the expansion that connects the Court with the Plaza.

The 7,000-square-foot building for True Food Kitchen will be constructed on the north side of the mall near the existing Shake Shack, with plans to open next summer.

The company focuses primarily on health and wellness, offering various vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on its menu. Patrons will be able to enjoy meals such as pizza, quinoa and turkey burgers, salads, as well as various other healthy entrees.

“We’re excited to introduce this restaurant to cities like King of Prussia, so people can experience for themselves just how flavorful healthy food can be,” said Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts.
