Trust Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for understanding the various internal and external client needs and delivering technological and investment solutions. He/she will provide operational support of trust, custody, and investment accounts, and operational security servicing and performance reporting for these accounts. He/she will open accounts on Trust3000 accurately and timely with proxy and statement features.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and have a minimum of two to three years of experience in financial services operations. He/she will cooperate and communicate effectively and harmoniously with administration, peers, general staff, management, and other personnel. The person should have working knowledge of Trust 3000.

Investor Services Supervisor

This position is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely completion of transfer agency and reporting services to various hedge fund products as administrator. He/she must also strictly adhere to and enforce established departmental policies and procedures required to service alternative funds. Responsibilities for this position may include overseeing the process of monitoring daily escrow account activity and the completion of daily reconciliation of money movement to investor documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field, and have two years of experience in the fund services industry. He/she will have knowledge and expertise of investor services, and a willingness to learn new systems, concepts, and broaden knowledge in the industry.

Supervisor of Free Asset Movement

This position will manage a team responsible for monitoring and processing the daily movement of assets with present custodians (Depository Trust Company, Bank of New York). He/she will manage client service relationships, research and resolve differences between Trust 3000 and Depositories, and provide assistance and training to other team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. He/she should have a minimum of three years of industry experience in Financial Services Operations and/or Securities Processing. The person should have a working knowledge of Trust 3000 accounting system; A2T2; DTCC, FED, Mutual Fund Clearing systems.
