Vice President of Sales and Marketing

This individual will be responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, implementation, and supervision of all marketing and sales activities for Liberty Lutheran senior services. He/she will supervise the staff assigned to these functions. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that will enhance Liberty’s senior communities’ occupancy outcomes and the number of clients served by Liberty’s home care services and community centers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study, and have a minimum of five years of experience in sales for senior communities, with successful occupancy outcomes. He/she will also have three years of supervisory experience in senior marketing and sales, leading strategies for building occupancy outcomes.

Occupational Therapist

This position is for a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides occupational-therapy services to clients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.

The ideal candidate will be licensed as an occupational therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He/she should have one year of clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Home care experience is preferred.
