Internal Account Executive

This position will work closely with external sales professionals and the Managing Director in a specific territory. He/she must be able to communicate SEI’s Investment Philosophy effectively, influence client behavior, and effectively prioritize and manage client responsibilities. As the primary point of contact for advisors for all issues, the scope of this role is highly diverse. The person would be responsible for building relationships with advisors in this segment and for developing sales agendas with targeted advisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field, and have at least one year of experience in the financial-services industry. He/she must have or attain a Series 65 license within three months of date of hire, and be able to maintain the license. Relationship, customer service, and client management skills are required.

Operations Specialist – Projects

This individual will provide superior project management skills and customer service to SEI’s existing Global Institutional Group clients, be self-motivated, and manage multiple tasks under a time-sensitive delivery schedule. This role involves extensive communication with management and several development teams including offshore teams. This specialist will be responsible for business analysis, solution design and documentation, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in leading Project, Implementation, or Conversion Teams. Process mapping experience or related business process analysis experience is required, as is project management experience and familiarity with project planning tools. Experience with Trust 3000 is preferred.

Product Support Engineer

This position is responsible for the production and test/pilot systems for several TSU Applications. He/she will also be responsible for secondary support of all TSU production feeds. This includes working with the eDelivery, GTC, business, CTS, and development teams. Tasks include leading client implementations, releases, and upgrades, as well as providing for detailed technical support through research, analysis, and resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. He/she should have one to three years of experience in the field of IT best practices. Thorough knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices, as well as relevant operating systems, languages, and environments is required.
