Senior Account Manager

This position is responsible for the daily execution of client services administration for an assigned block of clients. He/she is the “face” of CBIZ to clients, solving complex customer service problems, maintaining data integrity and quality, preparing Proposals, and taking the lead on renewals. All Account Managers serve as the client’s point of contact for all issues and services related to the account.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five years of experience in the insurance industry. He/she must have the demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally. Credit Risk Senior Consultant

This position will develop long-term strategies for clients, perform and/or manage due diligence assignments, and review consultant work product and provide feedback. The person is responsible for completion of engagements, including managing all aspects of project, and will conduct solid analysis and deliver solutions to client. He/she will attain revenue objectives, and participate in business development activities to include memberships in qualified organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance. He/she will have a minimum of three years of Internal Audit or Financial Audit experience in the financial services industry. A background in credit loan review and/or prior asset-based lending experience is preferred.

Producer

This position is responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing new business for the company. Secondary responsibility includes the retention of existing clients in collaboration with client service team. He/she will build an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, external centers of influence, client referrals, CBIZ associates, and CBIZ marketing sources. The person will seamlessly transition sold clients to designated client service team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three years of demonstrated industry consultative sales skills represented through proven sales results. He/she must have superior command of verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
