Credit Risk Manager

This position performs due diligence and field examination assignments for clients. He/she supervises, trains, and mentors staff through listening, communication, performance feedback, and evaluations. The person assumes significant client responsibility and works with upper management on new client development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, as well as an active CPA certification. He/she must have six years of experience in public accounting or a related field, and three years of supervisory experience. The person will preferably have seven to ten years of experience in ABL, securitization, and private equity due diligence or as an internal auditor or credit reviewer within the financial services industry.

Tax Associate I

The position understands and assists in planning multiple tax assignments in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing. He/she prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, and individuals. The person develops tax compliance knowledge and assists with IRS audits, tax notice response, trust returns, and gift and estate returns.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field. He/she will be eligible for, and working towards, a CPA certification. The person will have basic knowledge of GAAP, taxation compliance, codes, and regulations.

Account Manager – Property and Casualty

This position is responsible for the day to day execution of client services administration for an assigned block of clients. He/she is the face of the company to clients, solving complex customer service problems, maintaining data integrity and quality, preparing RFPs and taking the lead on renewals. The person educates clients on applicable legislation and market trends, generating interest in additional lines of coverage and cross-serving opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. He/she will have three years of experience with commercial lines insurance. The person will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and a team environment.
