Associate Project Coordinator

This position is responsible for assisting with all project administration activities related to RAM HEALTHsuite Implementation projects. Responsibilities include assisting with RAM implementation project plan maintenance, project status report updates, and project meeting summaries. He/she will also be responsible for client invoice report preparation and review, and project time administration and tracking.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have experience in any healthcare industry, insurance company, or software company providing solutions to insurance companies. Attention to Detail is critical to ensure client-facing deliverables are accurate and correct.

UNIX Systems Administrator

This position will install, configure, and maintain UNIX operating systems, and analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications, and software. He/she will detect, diagnose, and report UNIX-related problems on servers. The person will also provide daily support for management of all AIX and Linux systems including operating system upgrades, storage and volume management, and hardware maintenance.

The successful candidate will display skill levels in some or all of the following areas: Operating Systems (AIX 6 and 7), Hardware (IBM P6 to P8), Network (TCP/IP), Languages (ksh), and Software (IBM DB2 9.X, 10.X). He/she should have good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and coworkers. Knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries is a plus.

Implementation Project Manager

This position is responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of project tasks and resources to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives. Responsibilities include identification of project objectives and goals, planning the work according to the objectives, assessing and controlling project risks, estimating resource requirements, and allocating resources. Other duties include developing and managing project plan, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five years of experience in the healthcare industry, an insurance company, or software company providing solutions to insurance companies. Microsoft skills are required.
