The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of seven to ten years of experience in healthcare or managed care, and a minimum of five to ten years of experience with a large complex sales process in a long sales cycle.

Complaint & Appeal Analyst
This position manages complaint and appeal scenarios for all products, processes member appeals within Medicare timelines, and identifies trends and emerging issues and reports and recommends solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience with HMO and traditional claim platforms, products, and benefits, and experience with compliance and regulatory analysis and product or contract drafting.
