Programmer Analyst / Developer (JAVA)

This position is responsible for the analysis and maintenance of a claim administrative application. He/she identifies the root cause of application issues and develops, tests, and implements solutions. The person has both technical capabilities and business understanding.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience. He/she will have experience in JAVA, DB2 and Java IDEs – Eclipse, RAD, etc. Exposure to JSP, Struts, THML, XML, servlet, EJB, and JDBC is a plus.

UNIX Systems Administrator

This position installs, configures, and maintains UNIX operating systems. He/she detects, diagnoses, and reports UNIX-related problems on servers. He/she analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system’s servers, hardware, applications, and software. The person manages operating system installation and administration of all AIX environments.

The ideal candidate will have skill in some or all of the following areas: operating systems (AIX 6 and 7), hardware (IBM P6 to P8), network (TCP/IP), languages (ksh), software (IBM DB2 9.X, 10.X), or Power VM. Knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries are pluses.

Implementation Project Manager

This position plans, organizes, and manages project tasks and resources to successfully complete project goals and objectives. He/she identifies project objectives and goals, plans the work according to the objectives, directs activities, controls project execution, tracks and reports progress, resolves project issues, and successfully completes the project within time and budget constraints. The person coordinates work with functional area leaders in monitoring and reporting on project status and issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree is preferred. He/she will have five years experience in the healthcare industry working in an insurance company or software company providing solutions to insurance companies. The person will have skill in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
