Sales Relationship Specialist
This position will improve customers’ perception of the service they receive from JBS Beef, and strengthen partnerships. He/she will lead cross-functional teams to improve the quality of service provided. The person will serve as liaison between company and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degee in business administration, economics, marketing, sciences, or a related field. He/she will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, and strong organizational skills. The person will be able to work quickly and comfortably under pressure, and be able to adapt to change.

This position ensures that procedures for procuring materials and services are communicated to and followed by Expeditors. He/she will work within established guidelines and consolidate major purchases to secure the best possible pricing by leverage. The person will also negotiate long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years as a Purchasing Supervisor/Manager, and have knowledge and understanding of the beef-processing industry. He/she will have the ability to communicate effectively before groups, customers, and employees. The person must be able to meet critical deadlines, prioritize, and practice excellent time management skills.

Plant Yield Reporting Analyst
The focus of this role is the operational side of the business unit in an analysis and reporting function. The position is responsible for production yield-related reporting and analysis at the plant. This includes working with corporate business analysis team members and leadership to provide information and reports to enhance decision-making and improve processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or Meat Science, and have one to three years in a production or analyst role. He/she will have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed.
