The Lankenau Medical Center is a 331-bed tertiary care, teaching hospital and research institute in Wynewood. Its Emergency Department is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke lh_logoCenter. Lankenau is a founding member of Main Line Health, a community-based not-for-profit health system.

Director of Finance

This position coordinates and manages the annual operating and capital budgeting process for the Hospital and affiliated ambulatory activities including preparation of the final budget package for inclusion in the Main Line Health Budget material to the Board. He/she will provide direct financial support to the Hospital campus President and Leadership Team. The person will also plan, administer, and coordinate three-year strategic business.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. A Master’s Degree is preferred, as is a CPA. He/she will have eight to ten years of experience in healthcare, financial management, or the equivalent in education and experience. The person will have at least five years of supervisory experience.

Director of Pharmacy

This position will direct, coordinate, and oversee the operations of the Pharmacy Department and its satellites, within two MLHS entities. He/she will tend to distribution of medication, appropriate utilization, provision of quality services, and budget accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm. D. He/she must have current Pennsylvania pharmacy license (or eligibility within probationary period) and be in good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy. The person must have at least three years of management experience in hospital practice.

Job Coach

This position is responsible for ensuring that each intern completes assigned tasks properly. He/she reports complications and challenges to the Project SEARCH Coordinator. The person facilitates conflict resolution and will help develop strategies that support interns in completing their responsibilities independently.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three years of experience working with people with physical and cognitive disabilities.
