Actuarial Analyst

This position will support actuarial function by applying quantitative skills and analytical methods. He/she will leverage strong technical skills to achieve business solutions and demonstrate understanding of business and product processes. The person will also work with the supervisor to understand the nature of specific risks, and analyze data and present preliminary conclusions to supervisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of experience. Business and industry acumen is required, as is technology skills. He/she must have very strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with Macros. The person must be analytical and pay close attention to details.

Underwriting Consultant

This position will support the underwriting and/or accounting functions as directed by supervisor in support of stated mission and key performance measures. The scope may be limited to a single (or minimal number of) products, markets, financial arrangements, and/or rating methodology. Position involves technical work and application of underwriting, accounting and/or financial principles. Responsibilities include data analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of financial medical underwriting experience. That experience should include manual pricing, experienced rating, alternate rating, and funding methodologies. He/she should have the ability to anticipate customer needs and negotiate with customers using tact and diplomacy.

Senior Network Manager

This position is responsible for developing post-acute-care contracting strategies. He/she will create complex financial models to value medical cost analysis with large national entities with various endpoints to consider while enhancing profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a successful track record negotiating hospital system contracts. He/she will have demonstrated leadership within network management and operations with five to ten years. The person should be an experienced negotiator with highly complex provider negotiations.
