Toll Brothers Launches Sales for Regency at Rockhill Ridge in Sellersville

Fort Washington's Toll Brothers launched sales of carriage-style townhomes at Regency at Rockhill Ridge, a community in Sellersville.

Fort Washington’s Toll Brothers has launched sales of 72 carriage-style townhomes at Regency at Rockhill Ridge, a 55-and-over community in Sellersville, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Starting in the mid-$500,000s, the homes offer around 1,920 square feet of space and feature first-floor primary suites. Some will be ready for move-in as early as later this spring.

In late 2024, Toll purchased the 17-acre site at 2 Oakwood Lane, which is located behind the St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital campus between Farmers Lane and Route 309, for $5.3 million from Harleysville-based THP Homes.

Toll Brothers has recently been expanding its presence in Bucks County, opening sales for Newtown’s 45-home Lyondale Meadows community last summer, where it managed to secure 21 deposits within the first seven days. The homebuilder also acquired 27 acres in Southampton Township last year, where it is constructing a 115-unit active-adult carriage home community that will form part of its prestigious Regency collection.

In proximity to Philadelphia, Toll Brothers is also currently busy developing a 44-townhome project across 8.6 acres in Chalfont.
