Elmwood Park Zoo is giving families a festive way to celebrate the Easter season with the return of its Easter Bunny Brunch, writes The Philly Voice.
Held on select weekends from late March through early April, the event combines a holiday brunch with one of Montco’s most popular family attractions. Each ticket includes zoo admission, a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny, an animal meet-and-greet, and an egg hunt.
The experience is built to give families more than just a meal. Kids can enjoy hands-on activities and spread out across the grounds in search of eggs, while parents get the bonus of a full zoo visit built into the day. Seating is scheduled by brunch time, making reservations especially important for busy spring weekends.
The buffet menu features a mix of breakfast favorites and hearty comfort foods, including scrambled eggs, omelets, quiche, carved ham, turkey, roast top round, a waffle bar with fried chicken, mac and cheese, potatoes, pastries, and desserts. Coffee, milk, and orange juice are included, while a cash bar and optional cocktail add-on are also available.
With food, activities, and animals all in one place, the Easter Bunny Brunch offers a seasonal outing that blends holiday tradition with one of Norristown’s best-known destinations.
