Monster-Mania Con Brings Horror Icons and Pop Culture Legends to Greater Philly Expo Center

Monster-Mania Con 65 brings together horror and pop culture icons, from The X-Files and Cobra Kai to The Exorcist and Friday the 13th, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, Nov. 21-23.

Monster-Mania Con returns to the Greater Philly Expo Center the weekend of Nov. 21-23, bringing the top names in the world of horror, science fiction, and pop culture

Gillian Anderson leads the cast of The X-Files Reunion, which will be taking place at the show. She will be joined by five other stars from the show, including Robert Patrick, who is also known for his role as the metallic T-1000 android from Terminator 2.

Horror film fans will be thrilled to meet Linda Blair, who played the role of the possessed Regan McNeil in the iconic 1973 film The Exorcist.

Both Ralph Macchio and William Zabka from The Karate Kid films and the Cobra Kai Netflix series will be kicking up their heels at the show.

Michael Rooker, who is known not only for his role as Merle in The Walking Dead but also as the popular blue-skinned Yondu in the Guardians of the Galaxy film series, will be in attendance.

The show also features Juliette Lewis, star of Natural Born Killers, From Dawn Til Dusk, and Christmas Vacation will also be there. Daredevil’s Kingpin and star of Full Metal Jacket, Vincent D’Onofrio, will also be in attendance.

Other stars joining the three-day horror fest will be Jackie Earle Haley, who played the role of Freddy Krueger in 2010’s A Nightmare on Elm Street remake, Bonnie Aarons, who donned the habit of The Nun, Jeremy Davis and Madeleine McGraw from The Black Phone film series, two of Friday The 13th’s popular “Final Girls” Adreinne King and Amy Steel, and many others.

The show will also feature special in-costume photo ops that include a duo photo op with Tom Morga and Glenn Ennis, who will both be in costume as Jason Voorhees from Friday The 13th Part V and Freddy Vs. Jason.

Monster-Mania Con features autograph and photograph sessions with the stars, wall-to-wall vendors, tattoo artists, and various events, including a costume contest. Tickets for the event are available online and also at the door.

Show hours are Friday, 4-10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM; and Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Children ten and under are free with a paying adult.
