After 13 years of dedicated leadership, Pam Kelly will step down as President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County, effective June 30.
Kelly leaves behind a legacy of integrity, vision, and service.
During her tenure, she guided the chamber through a period of remarkable growth, innovation, and resilience. Under her leadership, the chamber became a stronger advocate for local businesses, expanded its membership, launched new programs and initiatives, and deepened its commitment to community engagement.
“It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this incredible organization and the business community of Greater Montgomery County,” Kelly said. “I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together — with a talented team, committed board members, and engaged members who care deeply about the future of our region.”
Kelly played a key role in modernizing chamber operations, building new strategic partnerships, and helping local businesses navigate challenges, including the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her tenure also saw the launch of signature programs and events that foster leadership development, promote business growth, and celebrate community achievements.
The chamber’s Board of Directors has begun the search for her successor, with Kelly working closely alongside the board to ensure a smooth transition.
“We are deeply grateful for Pam’s outstanding leadership and her lasting contributions to the chamber and the broader community,” said Dave Freeman, President of QNB Bank and Chair of the Board of Directors. “She leaves behind a strong foundation that will serve us well into the future.”
