The Brew Room is opening soon in Ardmore, and husband-and-wife owners Danny and Eleni Chrisidis promise their Greek and European fare will have something that satisfies every taste, writes Max Bennett for the Patch.
The new eatery will offer coffee, grab-and-go foods, and much more. The couple hail from Greece, and combines Danny’s decades of restaurant experience with Eleni’s project management skills in their first joint venture.
“We are excited,” said Eleni. “Everyone is excited.”
The venue accommodates around 40 guests, and offers two- and four-top tables as well as lounge chairs, a couch, and six bar stools.
“We are trying to create a fun, cool, cozy vibe,” she added. “There will be plenty of seating and plenty of lighting.”
With free Wi-Fi available, guests can expect a wide range of options designed for everyone, including picky kids, omnivores, and those with dietary restrictions.
“We truly believe in having something for everybody while staying true to our identity,” said Eleni. “We want to make sure whoever steps inside can find at least one thing for themselves.”
Among other items, the menu will feature French bakery-style treats, traditional Greek pies, and the Greek staple bougatsa.
