Best Beginnings to Celebrate Family Wellness in Ardmore with Ribbon Cutting

Best Beginnings, a new family wellness center in Ardmore, opens October 9 with yoga, therapy, education, and community programs.

Ardmore’s wellness community is about to expand with the arrival of Best Beginnings, a new center dedicated to supporting women, babies, and families.

The center will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at 4 East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore. The ceremony itself is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Founded by Dr. Rachel Canterino, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Best Beginnings offers a holistic approach to health during pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood.

Programs include prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for moms with babies, “mama-and-me” playgroups, and kids yoga. Families will also find workshops on breastfeeding, pelvic floor health, and emotional well-being, all designed to nurture both body and mind.

“At Best Beginnings, we believe in empowering women and families through knowledge, movement, and mindful care,” Canterino said. “Our goal is to nurture both physical and emotional wellness from pregnancy through parenthood.”

The grand opening will feature remarks from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, opportunities to tour the new facility, meet the team, and enjoy raffles and giveaways.
