Stretch Zone Expands to Conshohocken with New Studio

Stretch Zone opens in Conshohocken, offering practitioner-assisted stretching to boost mobility, ease stiffness, and energize residents.

Stretch Zone, the nation’s leading practitioner-assisted stretching brand, has arrived at Ridge Pike in Conshohocken, the company announced in a press release.

It’s the 14th location owned by Jason Abrams and his partners, who plan to expand to 30 studios across the region.

Abrams first discovered Stretch Zone during Covid. He said the concept clicked as shopping centers shifted toward health and wellness tenants. A longtime believer in staying active, he has since made stretching part of his weekly routine. “I make it a priority to get a one hour stretch session at a Stretch Zone each week,” he said. “It’s become a vital part of how I stay healthy.”

The new Conshohocken site takes over a competitor’s former location and strengthens Stretch Zone’s footprint in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Abrams said the most rewarding part of ownership has been connecting with members and hearing how the service has improved their daily lives.

Sessions are designed as “no sweat exercise.” Certified practitioners use a patented strapping system to stabilize the body. The guide-controlled stretches increase mobility, ease stiffness, and boost energy.

The Conshohocken studio officially opened on September 15, offering free first-time consultations.
