U.S. News & World Report recently released its 2025–2026 Best High School Rankings list, which included six Bucks County schools in its top 100 in Pennsylvania, writes Dino Ciliberti for the Patch.
New Hope-Solebury High School was the highest-ranked Bucks County school, placing fourth on the list. The high school also ranked among the top 16% of STEM high schools nationally. New Hope-Solebury has previously appeared in U.S. News & World Report’s rankings in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Central Bucks High School East in Doylestown was placed at 14 on the list. The school is one of three in the Central Bucks School District and houses 1,340 students.
The next school on the list is Council Rock High School North in Newtown. The school, which caters to grades 9 through 12, was placed 22 on the list.
Doylestown’s Central Bucks High School West was ranked at 43 by U.S. News & World Report. Currently, 1,491 students are enrolled in CB West.
Central Bucks High School South in Warrington was placed at 61 in the top 100. The high school caters to students in grades 10 to 12 with 1,759 current students.
The last school featured on the list was Council Rock High School South in Holland. This public school with 1,946 students was ranked at 75 on the list.
