NFL Films has released its latest “America’s Game” documentary and it highlights the most recent Super Bowl champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, writes Isaac Avilucea for AXIOS Philadelphia.
The new documentary, which debuted on Wednesday, September 3 on the NFL Network at 8 p.m., is narrated by Oscar-nominated actor and Eagles fan Bradley Cooper.
It features a montage of the Eagles’ biggest moments throughout last season, as well as interviews with the team’s top stars, such as running back Saquon Barkley, quarterback Jalen Hurts, linebacker Zack Baun, and coach Nick Sirianni.
Hurts, in particular, speaks on how losing Super Bowl LVII in 2023 helped create the mindset that led to the Eagles winning Super Bowl LIX two years later against the same Kansas City Chiefs.
“It changed me. It hurt, but I wouldn’t be where I am and we wouldn’t be champions if it didn’t happen,” Hurts says in a teaser of the film.
