A new restaurant, Burtons Grill & Bar, is planned to open in the Barn Plaza shopping center of Doylestown on Easton Road, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
Three new retail and restaurant spaces are coming soon to the former Regal Cinema site within the shopping center. The owner of Barn Plaza, Brixmor, confirmed that Burtons will be the first tenant.
The new space will feature 140 interior seats alongside a bar with 32 seats. The 6,200-square-foot building will also include 75 additional seats in the 1,200-square-foot patio.
Burtons offers a selection of classic American delicacies made with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
“We are a restaurant group that is growing, but still grounded on a simple yet profound principle — to always put quality first,” said the restaurant’s CEO, John Haggai. “Each Burtons Grill & Bar opens with the mission of working hand-in-hand with the community in which it operates.”
Burtons is an allergy-focused restaurant, accommodating all sensitivities and dietary restrictions. Those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can peruse their extensive gluten-free menu.
Some of their signature items include crab-crusted haddock, Lobster Roll, Maxx Burger, Superfood Salad and Mediterranean Chicken Risotto.
The bar has a range of craft beers and wines, and specialty cocktails like the Paloma Rosa and Blueberry Hibiscus.
